Warrior is a befitting name for those committing to higher level of fitness and/or embarking on a weight-loss journey. Our Fit Warrior program is designed to kick-start your journey and give you the right tools and knowledge to help you continue when you go back home.
We will start by having a one-on-one personal assessment session where we take your measurements and discuss your goals and aspirations. This will help us build your tailored fitness and nutrition plan in order to maximize your results.
We will design your day with variety of fitness classes and activities that aim to work on different needs for your body, from HIIT session, weights, beach bootcamps and boxing to more active recover sessions like hiking, yoga, swimming and much more.
All activities are designed to suit your fitness level.
This program is all inclusive and nutrition is paramount to achieve your goals. We will develop your freshly cooked meals tailored to your macros and daily activities keeping in mind any dietary requirements you may have.
